  • We are seeking experienced HR Generalists to support small and mid-sized businesses through a fractional HR model. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, support employee relations, ensure compliance, and partner with business leaders to build effective people practices.

    Unlike traditional internal HR roles, this position provides the opportunity to work across multiple organizations, applying your expertise where it creates the most impact. You will operate as a trusted HR partner, helping clients navigate workforce challenges while building scalable HR systems and processes.

  • As an HR Generalist, you will manage core HR functions for client organizations, including:

    • Overseeing day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes

    • Managing employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns

    • Supporting multi-state HR compliance and employment law requirements

    • Developing and maintaining employee handbooks, policies, and HR documentation

    • Coordinating benefits administration and payroll processes with internal or external providers

    • Advising managers and leadership on HR best practices and people management strategies

    • Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and workforce transitions

    • Assisting with culture initiatives, engagement efforts, and organizational development

    • Maintaining HR systems, documentation, and personnel records

    • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR operations role

    • Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and HR best practices

    • Experience managing employee relations and performance management processes

    • Familiarity with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS platforms

    • Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

    • High emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skills
